Based on research, this instrument is not a replica but a reinterpretation of the Tang dynasty qin at Horyuji Temple. It retains the dignity of Tang design while reimagining lacquer techniques and structures, overcoming the limitation of small qins in sound. It enhances the sound quality and projection in a compact body, improving performance and portability. More than an instrument, it revives tradition with modernity and innovation.
