Rodeo Aviara is a vegan cafe and restaurant set within a luxury retail setting in Beverly Hills, California. The interior covers about 1,300 square feet and is arranged for smooth movement from the entry to the dining area. Arched niches, long banquettes, soft aqua walls, pale timber, and woven pendants create a calm atmosphere. Modular millwork is machine fabricated, and low emission coatings and mineral based wall finishes are applied.
