This residential project in Abiko positions housing as an interface between daily life, landscape, and the city. Varied balcony depths, transparent railings, and rooftop terraces frame views toward Lake Tega, while integrated observation spaces encourage routine engagement with the surrounding environment. Shared spaces support social interaction and reference the area's natural and cultural context. Rather than emphasizing monumentality, the project is described as a living landmark that integrates ecological awareness, spatial variation, and community-oriented design.
