This project is China's first residential Active House certified villa, where intelligent sensors and systems adjust air, light, and temperature in real time. Interiors emphasize family interaction, with shared zones on each level. Natural daylight and operable skylights make the home feel like a sunny box, while fresh air systems and eco friendly materials ensure a healthy and refreshing environment. With low energy use supporting comfort and sustainability, the project sets a model for future design.
