This mixed use commercial space in Sanya combines coffee, bar, and dining functions across two levels. Folding doors and deep eaves blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, while preserved coconut trees provide natural shading. Local materials such as volcanic rock, sand textured finishes, and rattan furniture evoke the tropical setting. Passive cooling strategies and intelligent regulation enhance environmental performance, creating a climate adaptive space that unites functionality, cultural vitality, and regional character.
