Organized into six synergistic functional zones, the design dissolves conventional boundaries between work, life, and leisure. Elevated walkways, vertical greening systems, and sponge city strategies promote seamless connectivity and environmental resilience. The project offers a dynamic model for future urban districts by integrating smart infrastructure and landscape architecture into a unified spatial experience.
