Nex One Park View is a mixed use building on Cidade Jardim Avenue in Sao Paulo, Brazil, near Parque do Povo, Marginal Pinheiros, and Faria Lima. The tower is composed of three volumes connected by an exoskeleton and combines corporate, residential, and leisure spaces. Biophilic elements bring nature into the design and reflect the nearby park. Energy efficiency, high-performance glass, and stormwater management are included, and the building holds LEED Core and Shell v4.0 certification.
