Posto P10 is a gas station located in Manaus, Brazil. The project is the remodeling of an existing station, carried out to apply a unified brand image. The canopy spans 40 meters in the longitudinal direction and 11 meters in the transversal direction, with no intermediate supports. Two eccentric legs made of metal and reinforced concrete carry the main structure. A translucent ceiling admits daylight from above, and artificial lighting is used at night. The open layout allows a smooth flow of vehicles and pedestrians across the site.
