Balance is an apartment interior that combines a private residence with a home office. The 168 square meter home includes 125 square meters of indoor space and 40 square meters of balconies with greenery. Floor to ceiling windows surround the rooms, and translucent blinds soften the daylight. Low backed furniture and a lattice bookshelf keep sight lines open across the public area, where a dining and conference table serves both meetings and family visits. Built in shelving provides storage and gives the resident cat room to explore.
