LILY Design Studio is an interior design practice founded by principal designer Ann Tong, based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The studio works across residential and commercial projects, with particular experience in full-scope renovation and the adaptive reuse of existing structures. Each project begins with a close reading of how people move through and inhabit space—their daily routines, the quality of light they live with, the way a room is asked to shift between functions. Design decisions follow from that understanding rather than from a predetermined aesthetic. The studio's work favors natural materials and approaches that age well over solutions tied to a specific moment. Where projects involve buildings with architectural history, the studio engages that history as a design resource rather than an obstacle. LILY Design Studio serves private residential clients alongside commercial and urban renewal commissions, and approaches each typology with the same attention to use, material, and long-term inhabitation.
